Immersion Camp PRE-Registration

PRE-Registration Instructions
1. First, enter your child’s information under “Add Student”.
2. If you wish to add a second child, select “Add Another Student”.
3. Select “Next” to proceed to Parent Information and program options.
4. Complete the Parent Information and program options. Then select “Submit”.
5. Once your registration is processed, we will email a payment request. Payment can be made by e-transfer or credit card.

Cancellations and Transfers
- If you need to cancel your registration, Polyglots will issue a full refund (minus a $50 administration fee) provided you cancel at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the booked camp. No refunds will be issued after that time.
- Transfers will be permitted up to two weeks before the start of the camp, subject to availability.
- We are unable to pro-rate the cost of camp if your child needs to miss any day(s).
