How to Register

Let’s get the summer fun started for 2025! Follow the steps below to register.

Registration for summer 2025 is open!

Start Registration: click the “Start Registration” button below to begin. Choose the location, language and whether you want Full day or Half day.
Select Weeks: Choose the themed week to attend.
Register: Fill in the Attendee Information. if you have a sibling to register, complete the first registration and you will get a “Register another person” button which will take you to another registration form already pre-filled. You can repeat this flow as many times as needed.
Pay: A minimum $50 deposit is required. If you pay only the deposit amount, you may send the remaining amount by e-transfer to contact@polyglots.ca before June 2, 2025.
Complete your Registration: Use the link in your registration confirmation email to provide the emergency contact, medical and authorized pick up information.

If you want to register for Full Day with half the day in French and half the day in Spanish, please contact us.

Thank you for your interest in Polyglots.

If you need to cancel your registration, Polyglots will issue a full refund (minus a $50 administration fee) provided you cancel at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the booked camp. No refunds will be issued after that time.
Transfers will be permitted up to two weeks before the start of the camp, subject to availability.
We are unable to pro-rate the cost of camp if your child needs to miss any day(s).
